Day 16 of My Journey- 3/30/2010
The weather has finally warmed up in Ohio, so I took the opportunity to do my cardio outside today. I went for a 3 mile walk making sure to keep my heartrate in the target zone for an hour. I ended up walking for an hour and 15 minutes total. It felt really good to be outside for a change. I can also say that I definitely worked some new muscles today, but a little soreness is a good thing!
